Hello!
My name is Chris Brock, owner and operator of D.C. Brock Exterior Cleaning.
In 1996, I was honorably discharged from the Air Force and started cleaning with a local company in Omaha Nebraska. Two years later I moved to Virginia and met my partner Angela, and for ten years we established ourselves as a high quality service exceeding expectations. In 2008 we moved to Louisville and brought with us that mentality, and since then we have helped thousands of customers restore the clarity and shine their house deserves.
My goal is to offer cleaning with respect, courtesy and professionalism that I would expect to receive myself as a customer.
Our company offers external house washing, algae and mildew removal and surface cleaning such as driveways, walkways, sidewalks, patios and porches. If your house or small business has black or green organic growth, we can effectively clean it for you. We have high-end professional equipment and use all the latest methods to gently and effectively remove unsightly dirt and organic growth.
Are your window or porch screens ripped? We offer on-site screen repair. Rather than trying to stuff that awkward screen in the back seat, taking it to the hardware store and waiting a couple weeks, have us do it for you for close to the same price without the hassle.
Finally we offer cleaning of modern windows up to two stories. I keep things simple, everything is done by hand, and screen cleaning and sills are included in the price.
